The machine uses 5 sets of servo motors, 2 sets of stepper motors, 4 sets of TBI screws, 7 sets of HIWIN guide rails and Swedish SKF bearings, which is a high quality servo terminal crimping machine.The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts such as wire feeding, cutting, and translation are all driven by high-precision servo motors, with strong power and precise dimensions .

Pressure detection is an optional item, real-time monitoring of each crimping process pressure curve changes, if the pressure is not normal, it will automatically alarm and stop, strict control of production line production quality. When processing long wires, you can choose a conveyor belt, and put the processed wires straight and neatly into the receiving tray.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand. The machine has a program saving function, which is convenient to use directly next time without setting the machine again, simplifying the operation process.
