Automatic Tubular Insulated Terminal Crimping Machine

This series have two model one is one end crimping , The other is two end crimping machine ,automatic crimping machine for bulk Insulated terminals. It is suitable for crimping loose / Single terminals with vibration plate feeding,The operating speed is comparable to that of the chain terminals, saving labor and cost, and having more cost-effective advantages.The terminals are automatically fed through the vibrating plate,  This machine have twisting function which effectively prevent the reverse wire phenomenon.

Color touch screen operation interface , parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand , parameters such as cutting length , stripping length , twisting force , and crimping position can be directly setting one display . Machine can save program for different products, Next time ,directly choose the program directly to produce.
